United will be assisted back into the top four. Have no doubt about it.
This is going to be a difficult season for us.
There are dark forces afoot. Pep has made mistakes. No doubt about that, but I dont think he could have believed what we have to contend with, week in week out.

Eamonn I've met you and you're a very level headed guy... to see you acknowledge what's going on is comforting when there's still some pointing out how beautiful the emperor's clothes are.
Small comfort mind.
Pep has a lot to contend with. He's making mistakes of course and he has building work to do but he is also fully aware that if the refs weren't bent we'd be a couple of points behind in second.
Very worrying times

I think the penny has well and truly dropped with him but it does severely hamper us and him when we;
1. Drop points due to, offsides, penalties not given etc.
2. Lose key personnel because of players being booked, red carded or just plain injured from being kicked around.
3. Frustratingly see key competitors being given a helping hand with decisions from the same referees who punish us, inconsistently doing the opposite for similar offences. (Think of Rojo for example)
We consistently have at least 70% possession and yet we have more fouls against and more yellows and reds than other teams.
I'm not a great believer in stats giving you s clear picture of a game, but that is one fact that just doesn't seem logical.
Pep really has his work cut out. Nobody on here believes he's beyond reproach. I don't think so anyway, but as you have said countless times, give him some time to figure things out.
There will be a lot of personnel changes this summer. If he manages to keep us in the top four, I think all things considered, that would be a result.
There are a lot of things going on that convince me that United will be there by hook or by crook.
I also think that Liverpool will be helped to mount a challenge against Chelsea, particularly if too much of a gap opens up over the next month.
I love the fact that we are still there in the mix despite the obvious corruption, but it is fast taking the joy out of the game.

Get angry mate, get very angry. Disgusting as it is, our fight is not aimed at other clubs, but aimed at the powers that be that make their money off the back of it. I still see football as pure, the majority of footballers can contest, but it's those who need to make a living outside of the actual playing field that would rather kill it in order to make a crust
It's the level of crust that each level makes, that's the issue.

They are the same shit but just getting every call.
At least spuds pool and Chelsea are playing quite well.

Hammers player sent of early, Rags 2nd goal offside.
Rags winner again'st Middlesborough straight after an obvious penalty to Midd was not given.
Wankfest over over a Rags offside scorpion kick was allowed to stand as a 'goal'.
Two 2footed lunges by Rojo ignored and on and on.....
Still waiting for any current players to even hint at bias and cheating.
Stepping back to Fergie. Blatant corruption in his and Rags favour. Over many many years.
Have yet to hear one ex player even hint at the corruption.
The silence is deafening. No whistle blowers.
Why is this?
If it was me I would feel very aggrieved and eager for payback.
