Other thoughts hmmm without getting too excited Dias and Laporte look solid together don’t they?

Switching Sterling to the right an Torres through the middle worked well, Torres looks a really smart player. He made some nice runs but didn’t get the service.

Last night just highlighted where PeP goes wrong.....he played Foden and Torres from the start instead of impact subs and both caused numerous problems and upped our tempo at the same time.

PSG lost to the rags. They’re also shite.

He comes out with some shit, that lad does.

We played very well against a shite side , or maybe Martin Samuals got it wrong and they are actually really good

Glad to see we have a fucking leader at the back with Dias....Baldie finally hit the bullseye with a proper defensive signing !!!

Starting to look good with Días, he reads the game well and gets in the spaces well. Early days but hopefully, we can get a settled back 6 and then we wont need to smash teams 5 and 6.

We still need to sort out the LB position......we are currently back where we have been for years..using Zinch as emergency LB again.

The OM players were very smiley and backslappy to the city boys and pep at the end of the game - I’d have been incandescent if our lads were acting like that after being thumped 3-0

Seems to be a good bit of optimism again after last night’s performance. Good to see.

If we can get our shit together we have a great chance of winning PL. this season looks like it will be wide open. Please God we will see some more consistency as I don’t want the pain of not winning PL again.

Maybe an attacking signing in January to inject some freshness up front.

I'm certainly am aware of that, but he didn't look behind the ball to me.even though I was pissing about stopping the video at crucial moment to check.

Agree with you about Dias.
We have NO cause to laugh , having spent 62m on Rodrigo . . . though he did look marginally better tonight than v. Hammers
Zinch looked pretty decent all night against lÓM, Joao did OK too when he replaced him - I think they both give us options there , along with Ake.

As that's come from the No 1 shit spouter on this board I'll take that as a compliment.
Still getting over the it's all Baldies fault 100% that Sterling has scored about 5 times as many goals a season since he's been in charge of him.

Its not just about starting Foden though ..is it ?..No good starting him and not Torres and and and playing them and others in their wrong positions.
