PL Games December 18/19 What's left of them

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Thought I’d watch that half in quiet without any commentary. Liverpool were allowed to foul without recourse and couldn’t believe that Robertson was shown a yellow for a horrendous tackle. Not sure what was said but the VAR had no choice but to overturn it, it would’ve made the regulations pointless.

A deserved points difference so far, have a nice Christmas, Blues.

Is it actually working?

Just curious...

Vaccines don’t work like that, mate. They can’t stop you catching it or from transmitting it, they are there to build up your immunity in order to fight it and stop you having severe symptoms, basically trying to keep you out of hospital. Even that’s not guaranteed.

Beefy mate that makes no sense....

You saying that smallpox vaccine doesn't stop you getting smallpox? Or polio vaccine stop you getting polio etc...

I have no idea really, but it could be that this is a virus and you can't stop it the same way as, say, leprosy. I think that is a contagious disease and is different to a virus. Like I said, i have no idea. The cold is the same thing, a virus, and there is no 'cure'. Any medical people on here?

Thanks for that , I knew you were a doctor and I do follow your thought provoking opinions on COVID .

Something ain’t right across the worlds governments - its like they have been brain washed into making these absurd restrictions .

Omnicron isn’t as bad as some of the flues we have all had in the past going on what the South African doctor (who actually found this variant ) said about it . 5 days feeling shitty ? How about one we have all had whereby we couldn’t get out of bed due to aching bones , fever , sweating your bollocks off for days and you still feel shit for a Week or two

It’s fucking outrageous that these governments are fucking our lives over this latest variant .
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"
