So often the challenge is breaking down a massed central defence playing for the odd break. Just occasionally we’ll face a team like Newcastle ( or Leeds probably judging by today) playing at home who really have a go at us. We have to deal with that. Today we missed a couple of good chances and let the crowd come roaring at their back. We badly need to establish control of the game.

Foden passes to Haaland and it’s 2-0. Two games he’s done that now, Pep is gonna be fuming.

I think that we do so little defending that when we do have to do some, we're pretty shit at it.

As has been said; Walker, Rodri and Stones have been utter shite. Never ceases to amaze me how thick footballers are with Saint-Maximin having the freedom of the left wing and Walker obviously seeing this decides to stay in position and not track him at his normal right back position.

Was probably his fucking chin which knocked the boy over

Never liked the cunt as a commentator, he always seems to favour the opposition. As if we’d done him over when he played for us.

No changes from Pep, so he obviously wants more of the same

Good game

Walker is having his arse handed to him on a plate.

Nice to see us being challenged.

Sort it out Pep. Slow the game down.

No subs Pep? Is he aware of the rules regarding how many substitutions can be made?

We need fresh legs, the starting XI has not done it’s job

Walker is playing so centrally, it just gives Saint-Maximin so much space on the wing.
