Well said he really has let us down, what a poor attitude he has to turn and walk away when is place is not guranteed.Wheres the mans back bone? his self pride?
The same man talks the talk claiming he wants to be the best in the world yet he cant even handle a fight for a place in the team. Its mreally got to me how such a talented player has not got the fight in him to stick around and try and proove himself.
Hes lost the battle.

Bah i'm fed up of this Robbie business now tbh, if he wants to go, get him out (on our terms of course) sharpish and get another top forward in who actually wants to play for us.

6 days of the window left and counting..

i thik an awful depends on mancini's future as well. rmember we dont know how long he will be at the club. if we dont get in the top 4 he could well be on his way. if that was to happen he could be replaced by a manager that thinks he could get the best out of robinho. who knows.

I wonder who we are going to sign, It was obvious when he ran back to Brazil, when all else were in a training camp that he was Trouble, we would of been better off with Ronaldiniho. Ribbery for me.

I know, it can't be good for team moral having him around with the way he's acting.

How about he act like an adult who works for a serious and wealthy organisation with (an increasing number now of) equally talented colleagues. He cannot expect to be indulged like a favourite child if he wants to be a success. And if that's the only way we could get his "best" out of him I'd rather not bother as it is an insult to the other players frankly.

He needs to grow up, grow a pair and get to work wherever he ends up in the end. Form is temporary and class permanent. Ronaldinho and Ronaldo are proving that adage in their twilights but both of them hit heights (and consistency) of form over prolonged periods that Robinho has got nowhere bloody near. In fact, on current evidence, it is quite insulting to them to group all three together.

This is a real shame. I love to see players with talent make it, and it is sad when the attitude doesn't match the skill. Robinho has/is acting like a spoilt child and he can't be helping the team when he is acting the way he is. After he scored against scunthorpe in my mind he was gone, his body language showed it, and he wasn't too concerned to be knocking them in for city anymore. Sort of a sturridge situation but on a higher scale. Thankfully even when we do take a loss to have him move on, it doesn't affect our club too much as our new owners can afford it. I just wish he could play like he did last year, but I probably won't see it again in a city shirt.

What pisses me off the most is the cunt chooses to come out with this all the week before our most important game in recent memory. He should have fucked off at the start of January, or at least kept all this in-house. Surely this can't be benefitting the team for Wednesday??

Who knows?

It may be that many of the squad members are thoroughly pissed off with him, and the fact he's about to leave might actually be lifting morale.

More proof mate he couldn't give a monkeys about the club.

The lad has a chance to win a trophy here and he just doesn't care. In my opinion he's not just turning his back on us by leaving, he's turning his back on the whole game.

Money wasn't robbie's motivation for coming here, nither was trophys. The only thing he desires is people to constantly massage his over sized ego.

And his ego will ultimately be his undoing.

It makes him happy, he gets to play constant footy, plays in the world cup with his close Brazilian friends then returns to us in pre-season pretty much fully fit and had a great summer playing football?

Then we can introduce him to Franck Ribery.

It's pretty easy to understand really, the lad will only play if he is guaranteed a start. He isn't at City, has failed to impress 2 managers and has been outclassed by both Petrov and Bellamy for his preferred position. So he's reverted to type and is sulking and wants out to a place where he knows he will be the biggest fish in a small pond.

I reckon you have it spot on.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Agree, except that left-wing IS NOT his preferred position. If he had played off Ade, I think we would have seen him at his best. Lucky for us we've got Tevez!

It really baffles me all this Robinho is a cunt and a lazy fooker and ego maniac. I just wonder what opinions you had of him when he was our leading goal scorer last year. Oh but i guess that was so long ago that it has been forgotten. I'm been a fan since Dec 2005 the day i joined this forum and i must say some of you have become spoiled little brats. We have not won a damn thing YET people,we are not at the top of the echelon. So to think that you want to throw away such a talent because of 6 months of an injured under confident last year top goal scorer is just plain puzzling. My thinking is you same fans have become cunts for wanting everything to happen immediately, you have become lazy fookers for wanting to fix everything with the money, you have become egotistic pricks because you think the money will prevail all. What has happened to you fans? Rant over
