Would be nice not to concede occasionally, though.

its just that THIS game we shouldnt havent conceded...very few shots on goal and low possession.

Not us, 10 behind the ball was always going to be tough to break down.

They came for a draw and we've got to accept that most teams are going to do that now. Patience and execution were needed and we had that. Very happy with it although my disappointment comes from the lack of a clean sheet again. Two shots on goal all game and they get one, 7 league matches in a row now without one.

Gutted at no clean sheet. A 5 .1 win is rubbish :) :)

Yaya ran the game for me.

I know, where is the 1-0?

And Mr Higginbottom, while I could find the post I am fairly certain you expressed similar concerns before the match.

I think the aimless passing for the sake of it was rubbish (in the first half) - I think our defending at times was rubbish, I'll take a 5-1 though.

Warren Barton on Fox sports says in all of his time in football he has never seen a goal like Mario's and says he loves him. Pmsl.

I did. I just hope that on the day we only score one goal it turns out to be a winner ( as at the Arse)

Spoke with Joe briefly at Carrington on Thursday and he would dearly love to stop these consolation goals .

And I'll put money on Mancini being unhappy.

Definitely wouldnt say it was aimless but it was a bit overdone. And it wasnt the best defending I have ever seen although I thought Vinnie was quality today.Maybe it takes playing alongside Kolo to bring the best out of him.

And so he should be - he´s a hard task master and consummate pro. Had Norwich got nil they would have been lucky to get that. It was a poor goal from a team that deserved zilch although nice for the fans that travelled up

When someone passes it back to the person that gave it to them in the first place without considering another option I'd call it aimless. It happened quite a few times.

Our performance today? It looks to me like the never ending match of a big hungry cat against a little fierce mouse: you immediately know who'll be the winner, but you can't imagine how the result could be! Aguero 1st score was unbelievable, pure high class, I love this guy and how he shows his pride to be a Citizen!
From Torino, Italia to Manchester, Lancashire this City is always our City!

I call it sensibly keeping possession whilst probing for an opening.Unless you prefer them to just lob the ball in the box and pray.

As I implied, I'd have liked them to consider another option before immediately giving it back to the person it came from.

Wasn't Vinnie the one that was outjumped for the goal? My stream was a bit out of focus so there's a chance it could have been Clichy (who would have needed your step ladder)
