Tyler just claimed that "the northeast weather has played its part" - the snidey little fucklord. Wilkins, to his credit, completely rubbished it ("their football has been brilliant").

yes, could be, However against Spurs Dzeko was the bees knees. It's always dangerous to single one or two games out to level critisism at a player. Dzeko accepts his role in a squad, just like all the others. He'll score some great goals again this season. He worked very hard off the ball last night and against Sunderland. He will be good for us...

Also dangerous to single out one game when he looked good. Especially as I'm struggling to think of a second

Yeh cos the Newcastle players played under umbrellas and windbreakers and so can't have been adversely affected!

Exactly why I mentioned one game. Dzeko is ok. He's doing his job. Just like Barry, Milner, Balo ,Silva. Silva has been poor recently, more so than Dzeko... because he's playing every game. Dzeko isn't. I have no problem with any of the squad this season, they are all working to a common goal of trying to win every competition in front of them and so far we're doing ok.
