From Chris Bevan:
21:24 Just before City's fourth goal, the home fans gave a standing ovation to their £54m man Kevin de Bruyne as he left the pitch, to be replaced by 18-year-old winger Patrick Roberts for his first appearance at Etihad since his £12m summer move from Fulham.
A goal and an assist for the Belgian tonight, which is fast becoming his expected return.

If the wanker thinks that we paid Fulham 12 mill straight up he should quit his job today and go jump off the highest building within walking distance to him.
We might well end up paying Fulham 12 million in the future, the same as the rags possibly paying 50-odd million for Dizzee Rascal. But that doesn't get mentioned does it.
Mase wrote:As a side, I don't understand why Kolarov doesn't take our corners usually. He's the best crosser at the club and arguably the best in the Prem, so I don't understand why we have Silva or Navas hitting the first man 9 times out of 10.

But kola is definitely better at it than silva. No doubt it

For anyone that can watch matches on BeIn Sport USA (in English), the TV network will be airing the full match on delay, some time after 8:30PM (ET) (or 12:30 midnight UK time) tonight.**** Please see updated kickoff time!
Thanks! Shutting down radio updates and turning off all electronic devices until 8pm now.
C & C, since you're not currently online, to avoid spoilers, I doubt you'll get to see this message in time... Due to all the extra time played during the United vs Middlesbrough match, which ran more than 120 minutes, our City match will probably be delayed until at least 8:30 PM (Eastern DST)/ 12:30 AM UK Standard Time, or maybe later, on BeIn Sport USA.
They are currently showing the Liverpool vs Bournemouth match, which is currently at a half time break... So, our match will hopefully be shown in full, right after... Enjoy & sorry we have to wait even longer than expected, to watch our match!

really liked the play of the Marty-Mangala partnership. Demichelis was excellent imo. aside from a few wayward passes early he had a goal line clearance and broke up everything that got near him.
up 4-0 and Manuel waits until the 85th to bring on Manu? stupid. happy the kid got a goal though.
Fernando has looked good this season. much better than last year. i guess his injury really was to blame.
god Bony looked shit. yet again. i don't know who has a worse touch, Bony or Navas. and for having tree trunks for thighs you'd think his shots would have more power behind them. Iheanacho is already above Bony.

I haven't noticed KDB to be fair. I sit quite near the corner flag so I'll keep a look out next game mate.

True. If I could get down to from the third tier to the front row of the bottom tier to take on all the whoppers that give him shit I would do.

What would have been stupid is making his final substitution too early in the match then finding himself down to 10 players if there was an injury. Maybe he planned to bring the youngster on earlier but had to revise his plans with the injury to Zaba.

Disagree. even with ten men the side could've held on for the win already up 4-0.
what would've been worse was had an important player that was still on the pitch at that time been injured. like, say, Bony (even if i don't him we still need him at this point). Pellegrini already lamented his injury list. why subject your only fit Champions League striker to the risk of injury at the end of an already wrapped up match? plus, the bonus is that you'd be given a prospect some vital minutes. these are the matches they're supposed to play in in order to try and impress. if they're just going to get the last few minutes of matches then why have an academy (i know Iheanacho played all 90).
