Surely that was hand to ball? Why did the ref just stand there, it was as if he was waiting for the reaction rather than using his own judgement.

When we started the season they actually looked hungry and it turns out it was the negative dismissive bollox in the media that wound them up (everyone overlooking us in their predictions for how things would turn out) - that proves to me beyond reasonable doubt our slumps in form are down to the team's collective state of mind. And Pellegrini is at fault for not addressing it (repeatedly). A manager who doesn't learn from his mistakes shouldn't be a manager.
