How did they miss?

To be fair Hoddle pointed out first half how we grind teams down. He talks a really good game. Unfortunately so did Alan Ball.

It's nice of City letting teams think they've got a chance going into halftime.

Six players with 10 goals in all competitions
KDB has got 9 as well.

Goals just run through our side from all angles. I actually think Pep prefers that rather than one or two players scoring the lions share. Like at the dippers or Spurs. Because when you rely on that when those players have a dip in form or have injuries the team suffers.

Are we going to see more of Zinchenko as DM next season? In case we don't get a Fernandinho replacement?

From Dickov on the BBC match thread

We talked before the game about Man City being relentless. They didn't let Crystal Palace off the hook straight from the kick-off. And what a finish that is from Ferran Torres.

Behind the scenes, they're really pleased by how he is doing. He wants to learn, he's always asking question and today he's been the best player on the pitch.

He's only 20 but they've got him earmarked as a future number 9 at this club.

The world is at his feet.

Interesting

What a goal that would’ve been. Wha5 a touch from Torres. Awareness of a player that belies his young years

Cancelo? I think pep is hedging his bets, Zinchenko now played a few games MF, the last couple as DM, not afraid of going forward at the right time and he does have an eye for a pass too.
