Really sad if true and Kyle Walker,s head will be totally fucked .

Right I’m off again

It's not a rumour. It was in the papers last week.

Yep. Kyle Walker's friend and popular football agent Dominic Yarwood has resulted in a body being found, after the 32-year-old went missing on Wednesday

This reminded me of a classic in Romanian football manager in the 90s. An old manager was super annoyed at the post-match interview about the game. "If we scored all the chances we would have won the game" - he shouted. They lost 7-1 at home.

Walker is exceptional, IMHO. His ability to shut down those hideous pub football attacks from shithouse teams usually diverts any danger. We missed that today. His speed is absurd, a brilliant talent who has eradicated that error he used to have in him. He makes the odd mistake, like they all do, but for me he's up there with Rodri for most improved under Pep.

Agree completely. Some of the claptrap said about him is laughable.
I hope he gets over this personal trauma soon.

Spot on this, with him and Cancelo we've got 2 awesome full backs. His speed gets us out of trouble on loads of occasions.
The other big miss yesterday was Rodri who has been brilliant this season , sniffs out danger continuously and I'm sure we wouldn't have conceded the 3 goals with him playing.

Saw the replay of most of the second half. A few points. We should have had two other penalties. Aymeric blatantly dragged down in the area and Sterling held down later on. Also given a decent delivery Laporte and Dias are a real handful at corners. Leicester couldn’t cope with them. Big Ed at fault for the third goal. Only went with one hand for some reason. Defence inexcusably went to sleep later on and Leicester took advantage with a quick free kick. Ed saved us. Then later Zinchenko switched off and Leicester might well have scored. Fernandinho didn’t play badly but he can’t manage 90. He tends to commit leaving the door open to a quick break. We need Rodri back.

It happened with Ali, hopefully won’t happen with Foden.

He seems to be easily led astray - he did fuckall when he came on and that wasn’t the cae in the past when he came on .

With Walker on the pitch we have three decent defenders which wasn't the case yesterday. Zinchenko hasn't hit the heights of last season so far but still early days. As much as I love Cancelo and what he brings to the team, his defence is not even close to Walkers level. That said, two goals yesterday were down to individual errors and the other was just a great pass by Nacho. Definitely need to be on it for the next two though because they are both banana skins. I understand why they took the foot off the gas yesterday but if we keep doing it, at some point it will bite us on the arse.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

I don't really mind us taking our "foot off the gas" at 4-0 up. They can do it every week for me.

Fern was poor I thought. Not available forcs pass as Rodri is and he is now too slow. A better side would have punished us more. If we cant play Rodri, then Bernardo for me would be a decent understudy. He is indefatigable, can track and tackle, has an eye for a pass and rarely loses the ball. Also we have plenty of options in his position

Stones might be good in that position. But he’s back to being constantly injured now.

A number of years ago I thought Stones might actually end up as a DM as he has a lot of attributes that favour that position. But, ultimately, I don’t think he is intelligent enough or possesses the positional acumen for him to be successful there. It is noticeable he has had his best form as centre half with us whilst partnering Dias, who is very vocal in telling Stones where to go. Stones, as part of a duo in defence is great, but I have huge doubts as to whether he can so the DM role without guidance and support through the game

Gundo can play there as he did the end of 18/19. We could have put Foden or Grealish further up.

Phil is a worry alright.
One positive is that Pep is on his case already.
Pep will not allow a slow decline like Deli Ali.
Phil will either sort himself out or be shipped out.
Also think Grealish must be in shock. Gone from untouchable at Villa to warming the bench because of his waywardness.
Then there is Sterling's return to form, Jesus working his nuts off and Mahrez's natural ability and City clearing the decks and building the funds to bring in a top notch center forward.

Plenty there for the two boys to decide if they want to win trophies or just take the money, drink the beer and shag anything that moves. Putting it that way, if I was 20ish again I would probably go for the latter. :)
