Nice one Lewis, but don't overdo the number of exercises, keep to one (or maybe two and no more) with variations for the full session. Also, when they warm up, always warm up with each one of the players having a football at their feet. As many ball touches as possible.

Good start though. So now you'll have to keep us informed. These sessions will soon become more important than he ones
DH reports on ( is that your sinister aim ? ).

Cheers for the info mate,

Haha, I will try and beat Dougs training reports but it will be difficult. He is a legend already at doing them!

A couple of things Pubeless one.

1. Any future updates should be in off topic as the others in the past have been.

2. Reread WW's post. Focus on the keep it simple.

3. Fitness and flexibility shouldn't be an issue at this age, particularly with girls. Only use it if you need time to set up the next drill.

4. Reread WW's post. Focus on the keep it simple.

5. Have fun and be enthusiastic. It rubs off on people.

I do a lot of coaching at various places and ages mate, also am junior DOC at my club next season. Should I be able to help in any way let me know.

New Aussie curriculum is now all about game time now as well, up until 16 I think they say you should have game situations every session.

You spelt 'dick' wrong. Although praise is given for capitalising it. ;)

Congratulations Lee. You've gained that in a very short space of time.
