Spanish football will with Madrid spending big and Barca having Guardiola, and a style of football I tip the Spanish to dominate unless Italian or English sides produce some decent players quickly.
I think you have it spot on there.
And in future I think the money balance will switch to Europe and the Prem will fall behind more counties than just Spain.

I seriously doubt that. It will always be England, Spain and Italy that will rule the top 3 leagues in the world. Its just a matter of which order they are in. The premiership will continue to reign for quite some time to come yet, I see spain as the thread as Italy are way behind these two leagues and have a lot of internal shit to sort out still

Italy is definitely 3rd now for a number of reasons.
However although Spain has a few top clubs, the rest of it gets bloody piss poor as you get down the bottom half. I'm sure the Premier is a lot stronger right down to number 20.
And the Premier is obviously faster and more hectic - anyone who joins from La Liga takes 6 months to get fit enough!
But Spain has the glamour, the sunshine (to those from afar who've never seen a rainy or snowy day in Madrid or Bilbao!), the star/society culture and some good players, who can perform to a better degree there because they haven't got someone kicking them up the arse in a third of a second. Therefore that maybe improves the spectacle.
So as to what is 'better' it's surely down to individual taste.

Spanish league has Messi, Kaka, Ronaldo, 3 reason why the Spanish League is better. We Have Fabregas and Torres who could well be heading to Barca. It is without doubt IMO Spain where the best League will be for some time. Not faster or tough, but better.

I'd say the Prem has lost it and is slipping further from the major leagues.

how does that stand up when the premiership receives more and more tv renevue money year on year. Everyone wants it and they pay a premium price to watch it, much more than any other league. I would prefer to watch Arsenal when they are playing at their peak than Madrid when they are at their best. Its down to the individual and their preference, I think the premiership is much more exciting than any other league in the world. This year it is breaking all previous records regarding goals scored, therefore I think it is as strong as ever.

Nice to see you are keeping this thread going, but come on, you are digging deep now! Who are the major leagues pray tell?

There are only two left. Germany and Italy seem to be off the pace and still losing ground every year, France isn't even close anymore with only OL even making brief cameo's in the knockout rounds of the champions league.

La Liga probably has a higher quality of superstars, but the PL's is by far the more competitive.
