Mancini's title hopes are not as far fetched as some may think.
Despite some of the slagging off on here, the present squad wasn't that far away. Add a bit of steel to the team mentality and we wouldn't be dropping the silly points we did against Burnley, Hull or Fulham and we wouldn't be switching off in the last seconds of the derbies.
I think a tilt at the title is a good shout, but we must strengthen to account for the extra games we will have.

We play every team twice Gillie. Once home, and once away. Is that any help to you?

Mancini is only saying what is expected of him from above. Going for the title is a must considering the resources he has. I fully expect us to be battling for the top position next season rather than fuckin about with Spuds for 4th place again.

Haha.

When Ferguson sobers up and decides when he wants to play which team, the fixture list will be published. Give it at least a month and a half.

Mid-June I think, saw the date this week but cant remember where!

I think we ought to bne capable of winning every game now, so FOR ONCE I dont think the order we play will be that relevant. Although it would obviously be nice to avoid an opening trio of Scum, Arse and Chelski for away matches!

Yet having said that out of habit, we lost to one in the umpteenth minute of Fergie time, drew with one and beat the other! Remember? And we'll be better next season.

The order of games may be important to us with our involvement in the Europa Cup. Ideally we wouldn't want to be away at any of the top clubs, directly after a long or hard away European leg.
A nice easy home game against some average team would be better.
