Mate, let's get rid of this myth right now. I listen to TalkSport all the time, yes I maybe a masochist, but that's the way I like it. What they do is jump on the 'Topical' issue that every other fan can get behind, and in the last couple of seasons it's been us. That way, they only really alienate one teams fans and allow the rest to listen in intently as they slate us off.

Yes, very clever marketing, but in reality it's about the listeners getting the adverts in their ears and minds, not the 4 people an hour who are cut off before they finish, paying a quid to phone in.

And yes, they are shite, but interesting none-the-less.

they didnt take this piss out of him they just said why is he being personal... He was being personal because he feels like we are being attacked by all sides of the media and was trying to protect his club. To be honest id probably do the same people need to hear the truth rather than what they read in papers.
