After some thought, this is the team that I'd like to see against Brom:

Joe

Jerome-----Kolo-----Vince-----Aleks

Nige

Dave<----->Yaya<----->Gazza

Carlos

Ade

I know there's no James Milner but my thought is that if Kolarov is one of those that likes to get forward, then he'll get natural cover from Barry while we know that Silva works hard up and down the pitch. I also think it's hard to leave Ade out after his recent goal scoring run and it would allow Carlos to have a free role just behind him; gives him more time to get back into the game aswell. It also prevents Brom from holding a high back line.

I'd be very surprised if Yaya de Jong and Barry aren't in the starting line up together.
"everything is going wrong" for us at present and we really don't want to concede.
Plus they're rested after the Polish cock up.
Micah's been playing well and getting forward and Boateng doesn't look settled yet.
I do think he'll give Kolarov the nod at LB
so question for me is which three are up front
At West Brom I'd give Adebayor, Milner and Johnson 70 minutes and use Silva, Tevez and/or Balotelli if we're not out of sight by then and to give them some match time before wednesday.
Let's just not drop points
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

Wouldn't play ade he's a lazy shite 80% of the time. Was shit on thursday but scored a tap in so everyone thinks he deserves a start.

Yes I'll go with that. Back to playing a strong 11 with a nice solid spine & a nice solid victory.

90% then? There was one point on Thursday (sliva 2nd chance at 2-1) where he was stood next to Johnson on the left wing just before he received the ball and when Johnson got the ball we made a half arsed attempt to get in the box!
He needs to play up front, through the middle or sit on the bench.

"There was one point" Yes that does sound like 90% of the time.

Jog on.

Ha ha ha, Ade actually ran from the centre to pick that ball up, and strangely enough, went on to pass Silva the ball from the edge of the box (which he put over).
