AJ considering leaving.

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Mancini is a fucking joker. Everyone who doesnt think he should be starting is a fucking joker. He was here for half a season last year and was our second best player behind tevez because robert let him play abit more.

Where is our attacking option if he goes?
Milner? FUCK RIGHT OFF BECAUSE THAT SUPER JAWED CUNT IS FUCKING WANK
Yaya? Maybe for the first 20 minutes then the big spastic is out for the rest of the game, someone needs to get the twat an inhalor.
Silva? Awesome on the ball but can he run past players? Can he fuck.

Maybe we can have a midfield of Barry, Yaya, De jong and Milner. Gauranteed CL football with that one.

Fucks sake we have scored 15 goals this season. Thats an average of 1.1 a game but we dont need strikers and now we dont need wingers either. All three of the teams above us have been the best teams in the premiership for years and they all know you need goals to win anything and thats why they have all scored 25+ goals.

You cant win anything by defending. This is really starting to get on my tits now. When will we get it right and stop being fucking typical city.

I really like your posts, you always seem so angry.

I don't know actually what he's supposed to have said. How do we we know what question he was answering? If someone asks Baklotelli tomorrow; " would you leave City if you can't ever get in the 1st team?" What do you think his answer will be? What if they ask Tevez ? What will he say? Vincent Kompany? Are you all going to treat Balotelli with the same atitude? We'll have some fucking fun on here if you are, he hasn't even got started at City yet & he's already kissing ass round AC Milan!

If this type of thing means the player should leave then we may as well fuck Balotelli off now to save the trouble.

AJ's said almost ALL the right things in that piece. The cunts are desperately trying to trick him into saying the wrong thing & all they've got is one line which ANY current City player will answer the same way. We may as well sack all of them if that's the criteria, starting with Tevez.

It's true he didn't but part of the trouble with us at the moment is that we are looking for ( hoping for) an individual to make something happen through a bit of individual brilliance and I don't think it's very fair to have a go at somebody who doesnt produce this whether it's AJ or Carlos or Silva or whoever. It should be more about the whole team pressurising the opposition and making things happen rather than giving it to the few speciall attacking players and praying they will do it.

All AJ is saying here is entirely logical but I would just have preferred he hadn't actually said it to the press. Not always easy when they get their teeth into you I am sure but why didn't he just refuse to do the interview.

Agree. Because we were so slow in attack AJ had 2 men on him most of the time. And when that happens even the best players in the world struggle aka Bale ;)

So to recap....

Johnson wants to leave
Tevez wants to leave
Adebayor wants to leave
Balotelli hates it and wants to go back to Italy
Ya Ya Toure and Kompany hate each other
Given wants to leave
SWP wants to leave
Santa Cruz wants to stay (aggghhhhh)
The players hate Mancini
The crowd hates Mancini
Mancini shot JR etc etc

Nice to see some balanced reporting and no hysteria about City in the press isnt it. Wouldnt be us if we weren't in crisis.

Ill take qualification for the 2nd stage of the Europa and a cemented top 4 spot by the end of the year as the type of crisis I can deal with anyday.

Johnson comes across as thinking he is billy big-bollocks which is a shame. If those quotes are true then he shouldnt be near the starting 11 for another 2-3 weeks at least. If he doesnt like that, then he can go when it suits us, but sounds like he needs to grow up 200% - whether or not you like the manager you have to back him on this and how he is managing Johnson who does appear to have gotten far too big for his boots, and if he can't see that himself then perhaps his agent, teammates or family need to tell him to stop being a knob and knuckle down to being a footballer again, and not a celebrity pisshead.

All true. He was crap but so was the whole team in an attacking sense. He shouldn't be singled out as worse than others imo. He'll be speaking to the press because they will have conned him into it by pretending it was about England. Ask a load of questions about England, slip in 1 or 2 about City, only print the answers to the City stuff.

jesus h christ. how many managers have we had in the past 30+ years? and every single one has pretty much had the same treatment as Mancini, first sniff of a bad run or some questionable tactics and people turn on them. Every single manager we have ever had cant have been wrong! We have a mentality in the club that MUST change! Be loyal to a manager, let him make mistakes and let him learn! Those down the road are a prime example of what can be done with some patience. I am not having it that this all the managerial staffs fault! AJ has only been at the club 5 minutes and now he thinks he must be a first team regular! His form has not dictated that he should be starting every game so why should he?!?!

People are far too quick to side with players at our club, the ONLY way forward (as with any business or team) is to back the leader! All of the players need to shut the fuck up, train hard, play hard and do something to give their over sized egos to actually be proud of! People backing them on things like this is exactly the same as an adult laughing at a child misbehaving, they begin to think it is acceptable for them to do it!

AJ - sftu- you aren't good enough yet, let your play do the talking when you get chance instead of playing shit like you did on Saturday. Stop causing the manager concerns with your off field activities and you might start more regularly. Load of potential, but not as good as you think you are- yet.

I do not get how it is possible that it is always our players who are mouthing off to the press. Why the fuck are they not being told to shut the fuck up. It's like every week one of our players has to say something stupid to the press.

Do I smell a tap up as we near the transfer window? Or is it just someone who was plucked from Middlesborough getting a bit too big for his boots. I am very disappointed with this stream of press comments that AJ is making, I really thought he was going to be a big player for us in the future and he is already agitating for a move.

I actually feel a bit sorry for Mancini as half his press conferences are taken up with answering crap that has been leaked to the papers by various players. There is no doubt that there are players leaving in January who are behind some of these stories but he is not one of them so should keep his head down and his trap shut.

Does he really think that he would have played for England at this stage if he was still at Middlesborough?

Being picked for England appears to have inflated his ego.

He does appear to talk to the press quite a bit. If only he put in as much effort into maintaining his fitness levels so that he doesn’t run out of puff after 45mins in every game he plays.

He has played over 30 games in less than a year for a club that is looking to break the top 4. Prior to that he was playing in the Championship. You would think he’d be happy.

This. He's one of the first options out of the usual starting XI, so it isn't like he never plays, is it? But of course, if he's not a regular starter he's not happy...

He didn't exactly pull up trees when he started against Birmingham. Sweep has been a great disappointment since he came back from Chelsea but one thing he does do is put in a shift by tracking back when needed. Two dribbles and two crosses isn't enough. Mancini's right. How about listening and learning AJ rather than complaining to the Press. More cheese with your whine?

You go and tell it to him. Moaning to fucking press means you are A) acting like a coward twat B) unprofessional.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
