Milito is pretty much the same kind of player Carlos is. Even a bit better and more sensed as a person. Unluckily he was born in 1979, so does not fit the City project.

Yeah his age would be no good. He's out of favour at Inter as well isn't he?

Not at all, he's on their (mile long) injured list. He's now coming back from his latest physical problem

EDIT: in the list could also go the one and only Hulk (although I personally dislike him at the moment but just because he plays for FC Porto) maybe?

Situation at Inter is very fluid nowadays. Moratti has got rapidly deluded toward Rafa and there are serious chances he will be sacked even if they will win the WCC. So it's difficult to say who's in and out of favour right now.
Fact is that Milito hold a big slice of merit for the CL won by Morinho.

Listen to this. Two weeks ago, the press in my country, the romanian press linked City with a future bid for Bogdan Stancu, the Steaua`s front man. They said City are preparing to launch 4 milion pounds for him and will battle Galatasaray, Ajax and possibly Internazionale. I thought it was bollocks, but i think is my duty to tell you lads about him.
Last year, Mou wanted him an Inter, but he left, going to Real so the deal was off. The Kid has skills, he has something of Inzaghi in him, but sadly without much experience and higher level, is considered to be the next romanian star.
City is after big names, so that is why i thought the news wasen`t real, but i thought you must know about this.

This will kill two birds with one stone, City have for ages wanted to sign a "shirt seller" . It will be a big signing. As much as I will hate myself to say this and will stick nettles on my bollocks as punishment, I think it will be Rooney.

If Tevez is Real bound then I may I think (although not a striker) Kaka will have to be added to the list. Cook still has a hard on for him!

I voted Higuain and Drogba.Drogba i firmly believe will see us win the title as he will have a point to prove to Roman and all the oligarchs yes men that they fucked up big style with the Wilkins sacking.

I think that, with the money we've spent on scouting, we should know who the next young Torres & Drogba are & we should sign them (provided here not fucking big headed lunatics like Balo!) & they would be happy to play for us, want to improve & learn from Bob rather than being up their own arses & disrespecting him & the club.

That's all very noble Ruxpin and I agree we need to find talent for the future

But at this time we need the complete opposite..an experienced and prolific goalscorer

That's fine provided we can guarantee that signing one of the players on that list will give us that.

Aguerro can't hit a barn door, Dzeko is totally unproven, Benzema the same but smaller, Eto, Drogba old & ungettable, Higuain injured, Torres expensive, unreliable fitness, out of form, Carroll unproven, Geordie, thick as two short planks.

Any one of those could fail miserably just as easily as they could succeed.

There is a lad at Levante, scored 7 in 11 this season in La Liga, has premier league experience with 8 in 14 starts for a mid table premier league club.

Only 22 as well with international experience (nearly 30 caps) with Ecuador.

Yeah, but he is a basque. They don`t leave Bilbao if ETA doesn`t want them to leave. Remember Del Horno, and his meteoric presence at Chelski.
