I think this could be a great bit of business by city, hes meant to be a really talented payer.

A couple of years back he was being talked up as the next big thing at Barcelona he could surprise a few people.

Great piece of PR from city on a bad news day.

This kid has fantastic potential and only left barca because of a "breakdown of relations" between him and the club.

Could be the new messi but most likely will be a decent player for us.

Time will tell how good he will be.
