I'd pretty much guarantee they wouldn't.

Why spend money on buying a player when they know that Mancini wont want him around next season and so would be able to take him on loan again anyway so long as they covered a little bit more of his wages than they do now.

The offers were hardly flooding in for Bellers from Premier League clubs were they, so he will be back out on loan next year.

The deal is that they pay all his wages if they get promoted I understand. I also understand that 'Arry was in for him, but City told him to do one.

Doomie - no objection to Cardiff or Swansea for me. Welsh clubs have always played in the English League, used to be Wrexham and Newport too.

They cant help being Welsh.

Champignonship sounds a bit like French mustard to me.

I'd like to see Forest back in Prem, nice old club. The other two places I hope one of them goes to a small(ish) club and I hope QPR don't come up. Don't know why I don't like them though.

But the table is interesting indeed

Cardiff are a thoroughly unpleasant bunch of freaks on a par with the likes of Millwall, Chelsea and Filth fans. I recall them lighting a fire in the away section on the Kippax at full time and singing "City your house is burning"
I've been to Ninian Park twice and found them fucking loons both times. very nationalistic and ever so slightly backwards. There were loads of problems before and during the cup game there in the mid 90's and they did a carbon copy a coupleof years later when leeds went there. how they got away with it I'll never know.
The first time I went there, four lads stood at the front of the away end and when cardiff scored went nuts. As it was the early 80's it was no surprise when strong retribution was administered. they got the shit kicked out of them. But that is whet they went in their for. How mad do you have to be?
Never been to Swansea but I've heard similar tales. Both clubs treat games against top English sides as a chance to reenact old cross border battles. bunch of weirdos
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.
