kk Do you actually follow football anywhere else other than England?

Firstly, I like Mancini as a manager. I think we have improved in certain areas since he arrived, and I would like to see him stay in order to have some form of continuity. HOWEVER, it wouldn't suprise me if Mancini is not with us next season. Tonight we were beaten by a far better team, who were far more committed.

We, were/are cumbersome, sluggish, lethargic...SLOW. We have no inspiration other than Tevez, De Jong, and Silva. We have liabilities all over the pitch, or if not liabilities, players who are not consistent enough to turn us from being a strong team, into genuine trophy contenders at every level.Kiev attacked with pace and gave it a really good go tonight....and fair play to them, they won. I want so badly to be wrong, I want to see us go through next week. But there is a gulf in class between us and Kiev, and we won't be going through.

In addition to the above, the last two seasons has seen us ship out players on loan, which may have made a difference. Hart Adebayor and Bellamy, are just examples. Whilst Hart has returned, our failure to replace outgoing players with quality replacements is to the detriment of the club as a whole. Therefore when we get to the business end of the season, the foundations are largely ruined due to Injuries and a squad which at present,c is finding it difficult to cope.

Why Martinez? He and his Wigan cunts will get a point, or a victory with Scum when i will be the king of the world.
I can''t forget the pathetic games Wigan had with Sir Rudolf nose team.

Funny how although our goal scoring stats look ok and yet we look so toothless sometimes.

Concede an away goal ad we're probably doomed - can't see us scoring four.

Rijkaard - he won UCL one time as a manager, and one time as the assistant of Van Gaal's, Ajax.
And speaking of Van Gaal, he is free from the summer.

How he had so much success in Italy is unbelievable. He might as well be Gareth Southgate. Apparently, we are the richest club in the world; in which case why are we making do with Mancini and the likes of Balotelli, YaYa Toure, Milner, Boateng, Vieira, and Jo? Yeah, Jo.

The only manager i think that would steer us to anything where we want to be is Guus Hidink imo.
Mancini is a stop gap hopefully as he's not got it.
Negative boring football week in week out of late.

I could go with Van Gaal, very pragmatic but can play well too. Think Bayern just isn't gonna work out for him

I'd like to know exactly how bad Adebayor was behind the scenes to get sent packing. Was he going around punching people in the face every day? For the sake of his wages (which we can certainly afford) we have added him to a long list of good-to-excellent players who for various reasons either didn't like City or Manchester, or we didn't like them. Because Adebayor is now in Madrid we are short of attacking options. It's car crash management.

The Chelsea games apart - we don't do well against good teams and our cup record doesn't make pretty reading. As soon as we come up against a good team in the FA Cup we'll be out.

It's hard to tell at the moment who are the biggest big game bottlers Arsenal or City?

We do have a lot in common with Arsenal, at least in respect of their nickname anyway, as they are The Gunners and we are constantly being told that we are "gunner do this" and "gunner do that." Thing is, we never seem to do it.

The Reading game is enormous. Beat them and we have a Semi to focus on, get knocked out there and I think Ill lose any remaining belief of ever seeing us win anything before I croak.

I am fucking ASTONISHED that I'm about to agree with you but Guus Hiddink is the best shout yet in this thread.

That said, I really don't want yet another change of manager.
