It's always going to be tough when there are more people looking for tickets than tickets. I think they've been very fair here.
Cup direct scheme get tickets, as they should, they've been buying tickets to all the rounds. Most seasoncard holders will get tickets, some won't bother applying or be able to go those days. Limiting passing on tickets is fairer on everyone else. The club have even introduced a scheme that will allow small groups of fans to sit together without making the longest serving fans take a risk, this is a really good idea and is going to a lot of hassle to make things easier for a lot of people.
It's tough on citycard fans with huge point balances but they've been consistent about this all season, there's been no benefit to having a lot of loyalty points if you're on a citycard, it's really just a case that you can continue to accumulate points for when you get a season card again.
