If we'd played any decent team in this year's FA Cup we wouldn't be looking forward to a semi-final. It was just pure blind luck we got drawn against weak teams - albeit we needed replay's against Leicester and County.

I will now break a long record. I have not wanted a manager sacked since we had Ball but for me Mancini can go. I really do not see any progress, no plan, no style, no reason, no passion. its as though we scored 5 goals last wekk by accident.

This is pathetic and has been for a long time

sunday will make no difference to me. 4th is more important than winning a cup this season.

last week showed, mancini cannot inspire the players. it took a talk from kaldoon to get our best performance of the season.

I really hope mancini is sacked come the end of the season even if we finish 4th and win the cup.

he is one of the worst managers I have ever seen, cannot change a game if it is not going to his plan, cannot inspire players, shit man management, brutal in the transfer market.

Tonight is tipping point for me - not the defeat but the sheer stinking manner of it

Well he did say he was surprised we scored 5 goals in the aftermatch press conference which kinda proves your point.

ironically, he appears to be "clueless" about managing in the PL

I have no words to say how baffled I am at those decisions, really. He may get fourth, he may even beat the rags in the semi, but I'm starting to feel a vibe that he's not the man for us long term. Errors like these cost us a league game today (and make getting fourth harder), another day it may be a cup game or even a final he wastes this way.

Did Mancini actually play a game out in his mind, bringing on the subs in some sort of pre-planned routine. He must've thrown the game in preparation for Saturday I reckon and I won't hear nothing else said about it.

Mancini, Platt, Lombardo, Balotelli, Kolarov, Yaya, Dzeko, Jo, Milner, Barry, can all leave. Over rated heartless spineless bags of shit.

Looks like we will have to start all over again in the summer. Go through another year of "gelling/building" then hope for a push in 2012/13.

Should we be enjoying this? Is it better than yoyoing up and down the divisions? Savouring the odd derby win and random giant killing? Yes it is, but it doesnt make it any more enjoyable!!

I must admit that I'm growing more and more disenchanted, as someone mentioned earlier, tonight looked like the equivalent of WHL for Hughes. He brings all the pressure on himself as well which is the stupid thing.

Absolute disaster of a night and could very well have cost him his job, regardless of how the rest of the season pans out.
