I'd like to know if there going to continue the bullshit cup direct schemer's come first thing for the final or if it was just a treat for the semi because they knew it would go to general sale anyway before i take a guess.

I'm thinking the price considering its stoke might put a few people off though.

Does that mean you weren`t smart enough to join?

There wasn't anything smart about joining the scheme, just convenient for some people. They didn't know it would happen. There we're about 6 thousand who joined it yet there was like 20,000 at most cup games. Why should they be rewarded and not the other 14,000?? It makes no sense and it makes the loyalty points system a joke, whats the point in having a loyalty points system if it comes second to a direct debit scheme? same goes for the kids with low points thing.

I got a ticket to the semi ages before they soild out so ill probably get one for the final aswell but it's still bullshit.

Agree. I didn't join, as I like the opportunity to move around the stadium for the cup games, to sample different views, rather than being stuck in the family stand, which for the replays, is like a student union. In fairness, I didn't go to all the night games for work reasons, so I'm happy to be behind someone who did, however, I don't think it's right to do this without warning, You got extra points for joining the scheme anyway, plus all the ones for every game, so pushing them to the front of the queue was wrong. If that is going to be the plan going forwards, then fine, join or miss out, but you can't create rules after the start of the season.

On the Official Stoke Website.

STOKE CITY have today received notification from the Football Association that they have been allocated the east side of Wembley Stadium once again for the FA Cup Final against Manchester City on Saturday May 14th.

The Potters were housed in that side of the stadium for Sunday's epic semi-final victory over Bolton Wanderers; whilst the Blues were positioned in the west side of the stadium during their 1-0 win against rivals Manchester United.

I think it was about saying thanks to those who showed a little extra commitment over and above the "norm" (sarcasm). I waited to sit with friends so only gained getting my ticket a day early anyway. I don`t think it will be done for the final. It was a really good marketing ploy for next season cos I bet more join next season (to guarantee revenue) so they guarantee themseves tickets.

Well that's what I've been offered for the final, from someone who works for the FA. I guess I'll find out where they are soon enough as I've said yes...

I asked what I thought was a genuine question about a section of seating at Wembley, I've been once in my life to the new stadium and thought someone else on here might know what I didn't, sorry if that's offended anyone.

The tickets have been offered by a mate of a mate who works for the FA - I still have to pay through the nose.

I checked out the £345 ticket and when you go through there is a £103 transaction fee as well. Robbing wankers!!!! And that is for the £55 ticket.

I can see my trip to the UK is going to be left in tatters as i watch in a bar which i could have done in SA. Not giving up hope though.

How is it that all these agencies have so many tickets available?

city v stoke isnt exactly a mouth watering fixture for the neutral, so basically there will be about 30,000 of the 40,000 corp/club wembley seats on them sites.

Very true, and there were also loads for the Derby Semi. The problem is that they usually cost a minimum of £200, and who's got that in the present time.

What pissed me right off at the semi was that there were so many Club Wembley seats empty, rows and rows of them where genuine supporters could've had a 'Once in a Lifetime' experience.

It's just a fucking rip-off!

They`re not allowed to sell them on. If they don`t go they don`t go.
