Pleased for QPR, they earned their season in the sun.

These rules regarding 3rd party ownership are a nonsense and have already been by-passed in South America. The rules state that a player must be ownwed by a club. So all the 3rd party owner has to do is start a club.
Venture capitalists and companies including supermarkets are now starting up youth clubs and buying up talented kids. They develop them and then sell them on. Hopefully for big fees in Europe.
Some of these clubs don't play in proper leagues and are set up simply to by-pass the regulations asnd make money.
If I'm not mistaken, the rags have someone on their books from a set up like this. can't remember who.

pleased for QPR and warnock that they have come up. he is a far better character than holloway to have in the premier league imo, although if blackpool stay up that will be an interesting afternoon on the sidelines when they play each other

That's disgraceful, if the South American football associations don't do something about it then something should be done.

Transfers have to be done by FA registered agents and have to involve a club. There's no reasonable reason why some pub equivalent team is going to be selling players to Europe, so simply don't allow any such transfers below a certain standard of football.

It's the same for work permits, there's no way that someone who's registered with some micky mouse team should be allowed a work permit for the UK. Loophole closed.
