Have a look at this video

Oh Lord above.

Cheers for that Ant, I laughed so much I think a little bit of wee came out watching that video - at the part where they release the giant red party popper onto about 30 fans.

Oh my.

Thanks again.

The turn-out in Manchester was pathetic with only a couple of hundred following the bus all the way through, with sporadic outbreaks on certain corners. The best bit for me has been SSN coverage where they've not actually showed the crowds (or lack of), instead zooming in on the bus or central people as not to show how empty it is. I don't think I've seen one single shot of just the crowd because they know their (and I include Sky in 'their') pararde would be seen as an absolute fail.

No-one on the route (compared to ours; although you could blame the rain (Thanks God)), and last time I heard, only 20000 at the stadium. Not bad for the Biggest Club in the World, eh?

I think you've got a zero too many there mate. The turn out outside OT was pathetic.

Yes he was there, taking pictures of the unobstructed Manchester architecture.

If I was him, I'll tell them to fuck off. Joint leading scored in the league and doesn't even get a place one the bench...

Alioune DVToure wrote:As outclassed as they were the other night, it's obvious that Nani and Berbatov should've played in place of Hernández and either Valencia or Carrick.

They would've lost anyway, but the team selection was shocking. The best five-man midfield in the world against this:

Valencia------------Carrick--------Giggs-------------Park

I pissed myself when I saw the teamsheet. In my opinion, Bacon really fucked up there. Not heard anyone in the mainstream media point this out though.

Baconface also shit the bed big time in the semi. When I saw he had left out Hernandez and, to a lesser extent GIggs, I was twice as confident.

No, what am I talking about, Baconface is a tactical genius. Fact.

And they got a bank holiday too. There was no way I could get to the fa cup homecoming, just impossible with work. If it had been today, no sweat. I reckon that applies to a lot of blues not located in Manchester; perhaps another 40k or so on the day could have been there.

Ted those 2 pictures are unbelievable. I honestly thought this thread was being viewed and commented on with very blue tinted specs till I saw those. Of course, this will be all over tomorrows' papers so that the whole country gets to see.............yeah right

Ragcafe seem to have a different view of their parade. There saying ours was a "ghost town" and that the old manchester is blue thing can now be put to bed for sure.

YEAH OOOKKK

Surprised those mongs can stop licking their screens long enough to login.

The girl in the shop at the end of the road told me she'd been to the parade and told me there was 20,000 there! I'd thought at the time she meant 200,000 but made a mistake so I didn't correct her! Turns out she was right!

MWAHAHAHAHAHA

Someone should show those on Red Cafe the picture of the town hall!

What will happen is that the rags and their media will peddle the myth that there were hundreds of thousands there and they will start believing their own shite and it will become generally accepted as fact.

I seriously cannot believe the piss poor turnout today

I know we like to take the piss but I was convinced they would have more than us..it was truly shocking

Perhaps they should have stayed at Wembley..London would have been rocking ;-)
