good one. what the fucking hell happened to him. his goal scoring record was amazing at porto and galatasary (think it was them)

just looked up his stats on wikipedia..... he scored 183 goals in 174 league games in portugal (130 in 125 for porto & 53 in 49 for sporting). that's a ridiculous record.....

I always took anything south of the united states as not being in North America, perhaps i am wrong geographically but not on the player ability :-)

Antonio Valencia hasn't been mentioned yet. Also, Hamilton Ricard enjoyed reasonable success at Boro.

He was actually really good last season. Stepped up hugely after Mascherano left (he'd be a contender for the best XI).
