I'd be surprised if we start the same as at Bolton, I thought we will see lots of rotation thois season. Nasri, Tevez & Baklo to start it is then .....

Nasri I think will come off the bench for his first couple, AKAIK de Jong is still injured and Tevez needs to get back in the swing of being a City player...at least for the next 4 months.

I think Mancini said Tevez wasn't fit... I think we're gonna line up like this... Nasri likes to score against Spurs!

-----------------------Hart

Richards----Kompany----Lescott----Clichy

-------------------Yaya----Barry

------Nasri----------------------- Silva

-------------Augero

------------------------Dzeko

That would be the team I'd go with. We have to nullify Lennon's pace (rarely any end product) and Kolarov is way too slow.

We didn't do that bad with him last season, 3 wins and a loss to the Toffee's. He likes to hand the cards out though, 139 yellows and 12 reds in 38 games last season; this year he's already given out 18 yellows in 3 games! Can't really blame him for the CS result, if he was shit we were even shitter.

Is Meeeeeekaaah injured or something??? I would have thought this would have been ideal to have him pushing forward to keep Bale on the back foot.

That said, bloody amazing team!

I agree, but it's nice to see Zab in the reckoning.

Modric is starting.
Tottenham (4-4-1-1): Friedel; Corluka, Dawson, Kaboul, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Kranjcar, Modric, Bale; Van der Vaart; Crouch.

Not a defensive midfielder in sight.

Surprised Micah is out but good to see Zabaleta getting a start.
The prospect of seeing Nasri and Silva linking up is mouth watering.

Very surprising team sheet and can't believe Micah's not in there. That fucks up my 'One to watch' hasn't it.

Ah well, I do like Zab's so no harm done, hopefully.

Is Zab's faster than Micah? That's the only reason I can see.

Where's Nasri going to fit in?
