He's always there isn't he, great vision as well. I've noticed he's started to get further forward.

Capello usually plays him further forward than Bob.

He's been doing that for us as well, which I'm quite surprised about.

Rooney double.

PS. Finland have won 4-1, wonder if Disco keck's got to watch or was he changing nappies?

Holland (no de Jong) and Germany look amazing...granted, both their opponents are bad but still.
Spain down to Chile 2-0 after less than 20 min....a mixed lineup for Spain but still (Silva is starting again).

Uruguay and Spain (both top 5) could be in for upsets today...although Uruguay just tied it again.

Watching:
Germany v. Austria
Ukraine v. Uruguay
Holland v. San Marino
Faroe Islands v. Italy

I've been watching Hungary Sweden and all I can say is that a lot of club teams would trash both these sides.

Wales doing us a favour and beating Montenegro 1-0. Beller's looking decent.

[quote="ashton287"]The effect the swamp/the scum shirt has on a players ability to over-acheive is never more obvious then during an england game.

Young looks like a villa player again and that was shreks SECOND goal in 16 games, how many times has he gone that long without a goal for the scum?[/qu

Fair comment. Young has been awful and Smelling had some poor moments. Tyler has been unsurprisingly been wanking off about him.
Micah has been robbed.

This is the easier of the 2 games and I'd suggest that this is where Capello can play a mixed team, knowing a win is in sight. Micah will get the shirt on Wednesday, I'd hope.

Sneijder looks awesome. Scored and either set up every goal or is the hockey assist for every goal.
shame we missed out on him...glad that the rags didnt get him.

Turkey win 2-1v Kazakstan ,took last kick of the game winner to save Guus and my accumulator then a late Equaliser for Azerbaifookinjan against Vinny Kompanys Belgium goes and ruins it.

Ireland playing like dogshit in Dublin played a really flat first half need to seriously pick it up in the second .Slovakia doing very well much more creative Vlad Weiss excellent "Ronny Whelan in commentary reckons "he's a smashing player having a terrible time at City?? clueless dipper

Just watching the end of the Wales game and Montenegro have been all over them for the last 15 with a goal to boot. Beller's playing very well and I'm hoping he doesn't play as well for the Dippers.

2-1.

I'd expect Harry Bunn to make fun out of San Marino.
Don't they have something like 1 or 2 outfield players in Serie B and others either play in Serie C, Serie D or the mighty league of san marino.

Sneijder is truly a class player though, make no mistake on that!

Bellers MOTM for Wales - great performance.

Good night for England, job done. Thought James Milner looked really sharp when he came on.

wow. Spain scored on a Fabregas rebound off a missed penalty in injury time to beat Chile 3-2...then the handbags came out at the death.

I watched Ireland tonight, worst football match i have watched in a long time.Weiss was the best player on the pitch actually but the game in general was a load of bollox.

I am a confirmed denouncer of the international football breaks.
