Not seen much of Subotic but everyone seems to rate him & we certainly need more CB's both now & next season (Dedryk has been fucking useless for Bolton). If this Subotic turns out to be a duffer & we sign him though...
Somebody said after the Napoli game that Ray Wilkins had told them he knew Lavezzi was nailed on for City. I would imagine that even if true, it would be summer though.

I'm a big Subotic fan and, for me, he'd be the final piece in the jigsaw for years to come.
For any people who are a bit dubious about him, for whatever reason, If Bobby Manc were to sign him, you could bet your bottom dollar that he'd be a real winner in the Prem (think David Silva) and we might have the real prospect of playing with three quality centre backs, if the Manager wanted to change our system.
Conversely, in our player rotation approach to the demands of the season, we don't really have a valid option for Kompany and Subotic would be an admirable proposition in this respect. Kolo's days would be numbered however.
Really feel sorry for Boyota. Bolton's defence this season has been an absolute shambles and he looks to be all at sea. I know he was injured recently and perhaps he's been put back in the side too early, but he looks a poor player in that back line and he doesn't really seem fit enough as well. In the papers, the other day, I was reading that Bolton want to terminate the loan arrangement in January so, if that's right, they must feel the same way about him.
I just wonder if the City coaching staff will have a mega task in rebuilding his confidence and footballing skills to bring him back to the position of being the outstanding prospect he was, before he went on loan, or have we got a psychologically scarred player on our hands, who might never now make the grade ??
