Strange as it may sound. Having Vinnie back with Savic for the Everton game . might just be a better alternative.
I suppoe any ban on Joleon would take effect after the wednesday game (?)....
Poor Savic had a fair game yesterday but for one mishap with the header for Defoes goal.
I know it would please Carl to see Lescott rested. At the moment Joleon is clearly not the organiser in the defense. Well certainly not like Vinnie. I think Stefan would benefit from having Vinnie around .
The one in the first half where he jumped above a Spurs shortarse & headed the ball down perfectly to a charging Bale, like andy Carroll would dream of doing, ending up with Lescott having to take a card in order to stop full tilt Bale fucking off into our box, doesn't count ? Imo it was far worse as he had full control of the header & was almost as dangerous as his assist.
This bloke marking Cahill at Goodison Park. That's ok ?
Ahhh yes ! Back in form Cahill, just scored his first goal in over a year. Why should Cahill score again this year ?
And don't give the standard reply "because it's City". Cahill has been crap for a while now. Even if he gets a chance , so what? City can and should dominate Everton next week. Just like we should dominate Liverpool on wednesday.
Any one player can score a goal given a chance. eg Bale, he took his goal well yesterday but he had other good chances he fluffed.
