I don't believe for one minute Roberto lost his voice on Sunday. I think City know exactly how to work the media.
There are countless examples of the hypocrisy and inconsistency of the FA, of Managers , of Players and ex players.
We just need to stick together.
This month has seen the FA , PL Media re-arrange games , all of which have been to City's disadvantage. Nobody at
City moaned. We just let allcomers have a knock at us.
We were Damn unlucky not to get that third goal against Trafford Rangers. It would have been great to see City still in
the FA cup, inspite of the apparent Antics of Mario and Vinnie.
Still , we will prevail. Liverpool are in disarray , their Football is garbage and their defense is a disaster. Bellamy, their only livewire forward is probably still sore in the knees. ( Two games a week for him ? United up on Saturday , surely the FA Cup can bring Liverpool more money than a half empty Wembley for the CC Final ? Nobody watches it anyway on TV.)
After tomorrow night, we have Vinnie back and a six day rest for the Everton game. I can't see Nedum going anywhere before that game , certainly not to Everton.
Then we have a reasonable run in through February. Sure Mario will be out for February, but we have some talented players who can push on. Remember both Toures will be back from Holiday mid Feb. Which is not that far away in terms of PL games.
Tomorrow we need a bright start, get the goal and lay and wait for the Scouse 1 defense to make mistakes. Which they will.
Two final points about the Media.
Do any of you really take what Hanson or the MOTD clowns , The Sky wallies Neville included, the TalkSh*te croanies including prats like Andy Gray and the other wally Brazil. Do any of you really take them seriously ? These are hypocrites of the highest order. It was really ironic watching Keane giving his opinion on Vinnies foul
during the FA Cup game . How can anyone take that idiot seriously ?
The Goverment should allow only advertising based Sports channels. No Subscriptions or special decoders and Terrestrial
transmissions as well as satellite. Then and only then can the mould and the grip that SKY has on the broadcasting of sports be broken. I simply do not see why I have to pay to watch a football game on TV and then have to witness advertising. This is a double whammy. I already pay for the advertising when I buy products ( Nike this and that , Ford Focus etc).
So if the BBC want to televise sports they should set up a Sports Channel and fund it from the Advertising.
