main problem with ned is his injuries, he came through before micah, and in the early days was better than micah.

but could never get a decent run of games as he was always getting injured, think only time the lad had a decent run was under hughes at cb next to dunne.

sad to see him go, he wont be at qpr for long

Don't know why he was frozen out by Mancini. Better than Savic.

Whatever has happened, soccer am and the cook fiasco he has caused a stir among the players with several players Micah, Nige and Kompany to name 3 saying he's a great player and will be missed on Twitter. And being checked as a great defender (better than who we are playing now) by all three, in round about terms begs the question is Mancini (marwood) and his axe causing friction problems????

They are just being nice and positive to a mate is the way I see it. Can't imagine any friction from him going at all.You should be writing for a tabloid or on Talkshite :)

I love Ned. My first kit was a Ned kit, and I wish him all the best. That price is a steal for QPR, shame he didn't get a chance of Savic.

That's true - and he also sealed his fate when he went on Soccer AM and started spouting off about Mancini and how he runs the team. There was only ever going to be one winner in that battle and it wasn't going to be Ned.

It's sad to see a player go who's obviously a fan of City as well, but he's been available for ages, but only now & it's only QPR who've put a firm bid (and finalised a deal) I think that says more about Ned's ability when you take the blue specs off - and for those who quoted Twitter these are the same players who are asking fans to lay off Savic - it's all about loyalty to your fellow team mates

If he'd kept his mouth shut and stayed away from that Kia cunt, he may have had more chances to prove himself and improve, but he didn't. Good luck Ned.

His mum got the club's Chief Exec sacked, after that it was impossible for him to stay and he was always going to be transferred at the next opportunity whatever happened after. Marwood would have insisted on that and I'm sure both the chairman and owner would have agreed!! Doesn't matter if he is better than Savic or not, wouldn't have mattered if Mancini had changed his mind about him or not, he couldn't stay at the club.

Not having a go Mark but I keep hearing this. If he was such a die hard Blue why did he slate Bob and Soccer A.M and why did he allow his mother to get Cook the sack?

Surely if he was as big a fan as people say he is then he would have kept his feelings on Bobby to himself and insisted to his mother that she didn't go to the papers?

Yeah exactly, Cook isnt MCFC, sometimes you just have to do what you have to do when it comes to stuff like that. getting cook sacked whos essentially a blow in doesnt mean he isnt a true blue.
derby day the scores were level,

Cityger, his beef was with a couple of people at the club, not the whole club.
Also, he made me proud whenever he did interviews because he didn’t fall into the stereotypical idiot footballer mode. (Although Soccer AM wasn’t his finest hour)

Absolutely, he has a good brain, can be whatever he wants to be once he has made his wedge from football. Hope he does well at QPR and finds a better club after they are relegated.

Cook was a prick, everytime he opened his mouth the the media I thought he was a prick, his dismissal was just more evidence of what a prick he was.

However he was a prick who was absolutely sensational at his job (when he kept his gob shut)
