At least you can take solace in the fact that mathmatically we can no longer finish in the bottom 5.
There now, that should cheer you up.

I had a small party last night since we are mathematically safe.

I know we're unlikely to lose the rest of the games but we need to win most of them to be the best ever over the course of a season. Can't scroll up whilst typing this to check, but wouldn't we need to drop less than 4 points to achieve that?

Every single game is winnable. If the question was will we win every game until the end of the season, the answer would be no.

Take each one one at a time and let's see what happens.

You think the management team and probably most of the players really take it one game at a time?
I think they'll look at the table and the fixtures and say 63 points. 9 more wins out of the next 12 would be 90 points, which should be enough to win the League.

Bolton(H)
Swansea(A)
Chelsea(H)
Stoke(A)
Sunderland(H)
West Brom (H)
Norwich (A)
Wolves (A)
Rags (H)
QPR (H)

are all winnable games with our current form. Newcastle and Arsenal away are probably the toughest games.

Best ever City team, yes. Best ever Premiership team? Next Season..
City have soul. United do not.

Newcastle away doesnt bother me now, nice they are having good season but they are just the best of the rest and the rest are way behind us.

Scums run in is very similar to ours, our best hope is their next fixture away to Spurs, who will no doubt have a go.

Obviously they have to play us too! We should beat them, but as long as we don't lose we are still in pole position, no doubt every player will be well up for that one.

They should have dropped points today, fucking annoying.

I'm having nightmares about Swansea away. I sooooooo want the 3 points from that game.

I think as they are likely to setup to play football against us, this is one game we shouldn't worry about.

My nightmares are Norwich & Stoke out of the remaining games.
