Shame there is not a montage of hansens screw ups. The infamous rag kids gaf, ballotelli etc... He doesnt get much right. However, him and lawro still suck our hard earned cash, year in year out. BBC management are knobs and would never employ free thinking individuals. I would give savage linekers job.

I hope the Savage thing is a joke?

Savage is a fucking clown. All he does is rant and make terrible jokes. There's absolutely nothing insightful from him at all. He once said Glen Johnson was the best right back in the world.....

Saying the new MOTD opening will still replay Rooney's overhead while ignoring City's last-minute heroics is as daft and paranoid a view as any I've read on here. Aguero's championship-winning goal was a moment that football fans all over the country (and all over the world) took to their hearts, and people will expect to watch it throughout the new season, if only as a reminder that they'll "never see anything like it again" as Tyler said.
On a related note, not sure which TV station it was (maybe Sky?) but whoever had that opening sequence featuring well known landmarks to identify different clubs with their locations needs to do better by City than showing a line of electricity pylons to represent the champions of England.

How is that any different from linker though?

Personally I'm sick of pretty much every football pundit, commentator, expert, panelist and the thousands of ex players that do nothing but talk complete shit.

The bellends at the BBC need to realise that nobody watches MOTD for the "sports personalities" on there. If anything they put more people off watching. A few fresh faces, people who know what they are talking about, would do the show a world of good and probably save them some money as the sports institution that is Gary liniker is probably costing them millions.

Ah, you're right John. Comes from having pylon envy when we lived near the gasworks when I were a lad.

Actually it pissed me off no end. Everyone else has their banner unfurled in majestic style and City's look like washing hanging out on the line.

So what should they show instead for City? Shambles Square? Gorton on a nice day?

The Town Hall decked out in Blue would be fine. We'll be getting used to it.
