This, in effect, is a training game where it gives players a chance to form partnerships, Pearce should allow that to happen but give them a chance to push on.

Seems a few have gone missing though, Bellamy being he main one. And who's playing CB with Richards, is it Tomkins?

Yeah but it's impossible for those two to have a partnership so early in the proceedings when not even match fit. Amazing how Crooks & Co have managed to criticise every midfield player bar Giggs, who has been poor apart from one free kick. Thank Christ the other geriatric cunt isn't playing next to him.

Bellamy is struggling too but all these geezers will be better once they've played games.

Garth Crooks is on something! He's screaming at his silent colleagues to calm down! The man who called Mario's shoulder knock down a disgrace! It's embarrassing that he's employed by the BBC! The female pundits for the women's game

Interviewer: "What's it like the olympic village right now?"

Andy Hunt: "It's Interesting" - means there all shagging like bunnies! hope they've ordered enough durex this time!

tbf I've heard Cleveley, saviour on England, name mentioned twice, once when they read out the team and again at half time!

Giggs looks like he can't be arsed and just wants a crack at that swedish women's team after!

Get Micah on the right, there are 2 centre halfs on the bench after all!

I'm in agreement mate, they all need game play. Crook's is a cock and I can't think of one thing he brings to the commentary. The only saving grace is that he's stopping Bert and Ernie from spilling their bile.

Not often you get to watch a game where you can hear the shouts of the players! Especially when they're playing in front of 24,000

Only just discovered this was on the telly - bloody kids!

Got to say the camera work is very shoddy - they could show the ball Team GB is playing with as well. Fed up watching brazil with theirs.

Usually there'd be loads of support from the neutrals for Brazil.

PS don't want to dampen hopes, but I've just had to google on of the team GB players, as I presumed he was the boy band member who is obligatory for all these charity games. Not saying who he was, but one of his middle names is Porteous.

As the game went on, more & more GB players started trying to do their party pieces rather than pass & move & keep the ball. Just like England.

I was thinking the exact same thing, thought the players changed their play to suit themselves rather than what Pearce had asked them to do.

Typical England at the end.
