Yeah, at this stage I think we don't need to get anyone on that list.

Nastasic might still come, but that's fine. It'd be good to get Santa Cruz off the books too.

I'd share with Ted a little hope for a late miracle on DDR, if the tale of Khaldoon having time for dealing with the market was anywhere near to a pale reality.
You know, it's not over till it's over, and all that... ;)

I think we only need a pacy winger(assuming Nastic signs) as it would leave our squad like this roughly:

Hart(Pantillimon)

Richards(zabaletta) Kompany(Toure) Lescott(Nastic) Clichy(Kolorov)

Silva(milner) Y.Toure(De jong) Barry(Rodwell) Nasri( x)

Aguero(balotelli) Tevez(dzeko)

If we want to sign anyone outside the pacy winger it would mean shifting people on as i dont think we have room for anyone else unless of course its a marquee signing.

Who that pacey winger will be im not sure but there is no one that sticks out immediatly, maybe as i mentioned Affelay on loan.

Definitely need pace so although he's not a world beater I'd go with Sinclair!

Gutted we missed out on Martinez thou so would get Aggar.

A piece written recently about Soriano (admittedly by Andy Mitten who is a rag) says he will be in charge of everything connected with signing players, recruitment, wages, everything & work with 'technical director' Marwood.

that's the best news You might ever brought to me. Think of how You'll feell if/when Savic will have officially left, multiply by 10, and You will be almost near to sense my level of relief, if the rag's well informed.
cheers... ;)

If de jong is off we must surely be after Javi Garcia.

I've not read through this thread so not sure if this has been said but one of SSN presenters saying she's heard that might be happening. (about 30 mins ago)

Apparantly NDJ has agreed personal terms. Just a transfer fee to be sorted between the clubs now. Surely we must be in for Garcia or DDR?

Cheeky £5m bid to Barcelona for Tello. Reckon he would be cheaper than Sinclair or Walcott and the games I saw him in this season he looked as good as either. Down the pecking order at Barca and nearly out of contract I believe.

I have no idea where to put this, just thought I'd put it out there. Clearly, it's all gonna work out.

If DeJong goes, either we are signing somebody to replace him or we are buying somebody for fucking huge money & we need to slash the wage bill, or both.

According to Milan, it is a done deal.

Some stories suggesting we are getting just £3.5m for him - an absolute steal! Our handling pof transfers get more and more bizarre.

Just seen that it's apparently on their channel.

Gutted to say goodbye to Nige.

This means something is going on.

I said it and i will say again. Gazbaz had a nasty injury so we won''t know how it will affect him the rest of the season, while Yaya will leave for African Cup of Nations, so that leaves us only Rodwell.

This is the worst strategy Marwood and Bobby had so far. If tomorrow something big won't happen, we will have big problems this year.

Mancini is responsible for this decision & you know it.
