Carroll is fit, yes, but I'm not so sure he's got his scoring eye in yet.

Made a bit of a mess of a straightforward chance on the 6 yard line on Saturday.
Scored a mere 4 league goals last season.

I think some of our fans think he's a bit better than he actually is, but I can certainly see him enjoying some high-ball jousting with your defence. Its our Plan A, in fact.

No, I don't know what the Plan B is. Although rumours of one existing continue to circulate.

Zabaleta is fit so we hear, though if he wasnt Id guess Milner would play there.

Tough away trip for us at your place, and it hasnt been that happy a hunting ground for us - especially with Allardyce smarting after a limp performance from you at Wigan last week. Truth be told we arent playing well, and havent found any kind of consistent form as yet. We are grinding out results but need more from our big players - Kompany, Ya Ya, Aguero to name 3. Will be a tight game with a no doubt good atmosphere.
