Did the ref just blow but then play advantage?

By the sounds of it, he did. Just said that 'the ref has done United a turn there'. Course he has, everyone stopped.

How lucky, should've been 2-2, then Cleverly dives. Where's Young or Welbeck when you need them.

Its a puzzler, fo sho.

Ferguson seems to have neglected defensive requirements in the last few windows. OK he's bought Buttner (sp?), but some of the other options he has in those areas look sub-standard.

On their day, though, that forward line is irresistible.

Good to see you back, in both ways. You're nearly right, I think Taggart has tried to strengthen at the back but at the moment they are sicknotes, ie. Smalling and Jones. He didn't think Vidic would be so injury prone, leaving to many variants at the back.

To compensate, he's going all guns blazing whilst using the usual Taggart bollox/history shit.

That was a very wierd decision. Alan in the air, Shrek runs into him and knocks him flying but the ref gives a Rag freekick. Strange?

Not sure. The one I saw was the black and red stripes from last year.
