Deco had a great career just did not really light up the premier league as people would have expected.

Anyone remeber Tony Daley, broke into the england team in the early 90's when playing for Villa.Whatever happened to him?

Ricardo Quaresma? Was touted as being one of the next big things, two failed big money moves to Barca and Inter. Now languishing in the Turkish league.

Good shout that player had bags of talent, brilliant in portugal for Lisbon and Porto but flopped big time elsewhere.

Another that springs to mind is Denilson made a big impression early in his career and moved to Real Betis for a world record breaking fee.I rememeber him best for his performance in the classic Nike football add at the airport with the brazil world cup 98 stars.

David White should have had a better career IMO so should SWP. Defoe hasnt fulfilled his potential either. Alan Smith and u fortunately for everyone Mr Barton. Erm.. Lee Bowyer?

Not having that. Redondo was crippled by injuries & even turned down his wages because of that. Legend & probably the closest to a complete midfielder in the last 15-20 years. Shat on Roy Keane in glorious fashion.
