Aguero was doing more running after being on the pitch for 90 mins v Norwich, than Dzeko, who came on as a sub, so perhaps the managers think he is fitter ? Either that or Dzeko is a lazy fucker who can't be arsed working as hard ? Either way; Aguero works harder & is also better than Dzeko.
And most of the players who do this kind of whinging when they go back home , are usually the ones who care only about themselves; Adebayor, Tevez, Robinho etc or it is usually their agents kicking up shit.

I care about what he said & I care that he played like shit v Napoli & didn't look right at all & now I find after all this time, that he had a huge turd in his pocket about being rested then, so much so, that he is still whinging about it two years later.
