we should be okay for the next 2 without him (he wasnt going to play Tuesday anyway) but the Liverpool game will be a challenge without him I think. Although, Gerrard and Sturridge might still be injured for them and maybe a 5-man midfield is better vs them to help contain Suarez. Crystal Palace after that should be okay too. Hopefully Jovetic can come in now.

Without Aguero's goals we'd still be top scorers in the league.

We suffered last season because Tevez and Balotelli were both in really poor form when Kun was injured. We've still got Dzeko, but add in Negredo plus Toure, Nasri and Silva have already matched or bettered their goal tallies for the whole of last season.

He'll be out for at least 2-3 weeks for a calf strain. He could be out for 6 weeks. As long as he doesn't need an operation he shouldn't be out for longer than that. Kompany was out for 6 weeks or even longer but I think he had a slight set back late on in his recovery.

I think we can shuffle the pack accordingly to ensure minimum fuss.

The only problem is the partnership upfront.

Exactly. This is why we have four forwards. Jovetic is a top class forward who although doesn't score as many as Aguero and is a different type of player, will add another dimension to our already formidable attack. The Beast will have a field day playing with Jovo i'm sure

Absolutely, this lad needs a chance and that opportunity has arisen let's hope he is given a chance.

I remember seeing him a few years ago and having a pipe-dream of him playing for us. I'm still in that pipe-dream.

As he goes down the tunnel (official site tunnel cam) he is struggling to walk and is clearly in pain. Wouldn't be surprised if it's a good few weeks. Would love to be wrong and a much quicker recovery time

With Milner on fire. Nasri, Silva and Navas all in top form i think we'll be good with Negredo up top on his own if needs be.

Our options are plenty. We have Jovetic, Guidetti or we can just put Navas or Milner in.

Trouble is it might be Dzeko.

The obvious replacement is Nasri with Navas or Milner taking over on the right.

When they subbed Aguero during the game, some dick commentator said they should do a straight swap for Dzonkey, I explained to the giant TV what Pellers was going to do, which he promptly did.

Haha me too. Nasri prefers that spot anyway. Worked a treat too.
