I'd say the City hierarchy would go in all guns blazing if the opportunity arises.It's hard to imagine Barcelona would allow him leave but if he's unsettled you never know it might just happen.Realistically only a few clubs could finance such a deal and we all know City are in a better position than most.Aguero and Messi together terrorising defences now that would be something else.
