Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Some good shouts but it's yaya followed by kun and beast for me.

Yaya is fucking amazing and has already scored more tha he ever had in a season before.

Kun and beast are beautiful. Goals, work, link up. Lovely to watch.

Nasri has been a hell of a lot better and making me like him, but still needs to get consistency for me.

Fernandhino been great lately, but had a pretty slow start.

Vinny is amazing, needs to stay off the treatment table a bit longer to win honors though.

Goes to show how fantastic they are gelling because everyone has lots of different players. Its hard to look past our creative influences of silva and nasri, or the strikeforce of the beast and aguero. Then there is the midfield powerhouse yaya toure who has added goals galore. It seems we have zaba who has replaced his engine with one from red bull racing, he is now reliable and provides quality and energy for 90 minutes. On the other side we have clichy who has done well and kola who is a massive improvement on last season.

Having said all that, my favourite player this season is fernandinho. A better nigel de jong and he scores goals too. It's his first season and he has really got to grips with the prem now and makes us tick.

All worthy if mention. If the. Beast continues to the end of the season like this we will be champions...

Ferdy for me! Took a few games to get going but the guy is mr consistent, does his job without all the eyes being on him and without the hype. Think he is a player who other teams will tend to 'look over' when it comes to setting up the formation against us. Plus he's chipped in with a few goals when needed. Can only get better!!!!!

Others very close are obviously Serg, Silva, Yaya and of course the one chap who certainly feels the love and has turned things round massively since last season, Nasri!

Shows what a squad we have really! Just hope (and have a feeling), that Garcia may just turn things round. There's got to be hope and surely the Count sees something in him!

God its so fantastic to be a Blue :-) :-) :-)

Nasri. He's looked world class to me. Certainly made me eat humble pie.

For the sheer number of important goals before being injured, Aguero. By the end of the season Fernandinho will probably take it.

Milner is having a decent season WHEN HE GETS GAME TIME. (which isn't often enough for my liking). Neggers, Kun and French Sam are the consistent form boys who also get picked regularly though.

If we have our strongest lineup, which I believe to be

Hart
Zabaleta--Kompany--Lescott--Kolarov
Nasri--Yaya--Fred--Silva
Kun--Neggers

Tell me, who sits down to make room for Milner?

Whoever is being rested during our two or three matches per week period (and various cup runs). Obviously.

Yaya for me. He is our best player, is at the top of his game, is scoring goals and recovered from an ACL in 3 mins on Wednesday. Sammy in 2nd place. The most improved player (over the last two weeks only) is Dzeko.

Sorry, I thought this was a thread on the player of the season so far, didn't realise it was player of the season who only gets rotated in when the starting eleven players need a bit of a rest.

Between Fernandinho and Yaya for me. What a pairing these two have become. Nasri definitely for most improved from last season.
