Hahaha, no.

But I honestly believe he would have ballooned those chances.

Contributed jack today, once again

I think our wide play has been lacking in recent weeks and he has suffered from a lack of service. Too many teams doubling up on our fullbacks and not giving them the room to push the byline.

The game in a nutshell, we still have some serious issues to sort out, particularly playing fluently as a team with tempo and urgency, there was no plan b today, but plan p (patience) seems to be MP's default. It's working to a large degree but I don't feel we are quite there yet to go on and win the premiership, I just see us having one or two games where we don't show up or don't have flashes of pure brilliance.
I hope I am just an old git with typical City genes
Hoping our new rollercoaster gives us the thrill of our lives.

Ballooned what chances?
I think the large majority of players would have missed Nasri's and there's very few in world football who would have scored the goal Yaya did.

Gone for Fern.

Won the ball in some very important areas and stole the ball around our box to start our final goal.

Hard to pick between Nasri and Yaya. The op went for Yaya so I went for balance. Sorry op.

I said almost the same thing Doug to some friends who were watching with me. I said Yaya will get us out of this mess and boy did he ever with that wonder goal. I went for the man for big matches, the one and only Yaya Toure.

I went for Nasri, one of the shining lights from a very bad first half and instrumental in the game - Yaya was immense when he upped his game for the second half but for me Samir just edges it.
