It's Yaya's, both goals were of exceptional quality but that strike from Yaya was something special. The way he approached it to get that power and precision from it is just, well you'd run out of superlatives.

I think it is as good as, if not better than, Steve MacKenzie's; it is that good. I never thought I would say that.

McKenzie's was off the volley though. Hard call.

It was incredible precision & power, & imo one of the best goals by anyone, ever.

Nasri's strike was all instinct, and beautiful. Yaya's was thought through before our very eyes, with added power and grace. How lucky are we to have players like this?

It's a good point. There are worse things to be talking about than which one of our cup final goals was the most magnificent.

Said to my mate that Yaya passed it into the net, he's a brilliant passer of the ball don't you know :-). I'd only just finished mopping my beer up when French Sam makes me knock it over again!

I've seen Toure's goal maybe twenty times now and it just gets better and better.
Possibly the greatest long range goal i've ever seen. How does he do it? He doesn't lace it or put his foot through it, he just caresses the ball yet gets so much power on it.

Don't get me wrong, Nasri's was a stunner, but Toure's was just on another level completely.
Utter perfection that was.

The pass was also a bit behind him, so he had to move. If he'd just wellied it into the net, you could have said 9 times out of 10, it would have ended up in row z, but he did just pick a spot and guide it in. Utter quality.

Timing. Just like a Clive Lloyd boundary in his heydey.

There are many great goals that I can understand how they did it and can visualize myself doing it 1 times out of 100.

I still don't really understand how he had the awareness and skill to try something like that, let alone pull it off. His body was perpendicular to the goal and over 30 yards out. To hit it first time with that much power and accuracy, while not alerting anyone that he was about to shoot by having such a nonchalant runup is out of this world.

Yaya is god.

It happened so fast to really take it in yesterday , only just recovering from YaYa's goal and the Pandemonium were I was sat , then Nasri's went in as well.

It went mental and did not sink in!

Watching the goals again today again over and over these are two of the finest you will ever see.

I've sen four great City goals now at Wembley, in no particular order:

Tueart and McKenzie on TV (I went yo the 1981 Fonal but not the replay) and the two yesterday. So that's a challenge to Sergio to top them in May.

Flat Jack would be Andy Morrison.
The Clive Lloyd comparison is brilliant - power and grace combined, just a flick of the wrists/foot and it's gone.
