Next: Hull (Away)

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Toure should be rested after his pissy attitude in Barcelona. Silva could do with a rest, too.

If fit, Rodwell should start alongside Fernandinho, then Garcia can come on for Rodwell when he pulls up with some injury or other.

Two big guys up front, Dzeko and Negredo, with Nasri and Navas outside.

Hart in goal, then Kompany with some inept clogger next to him, and Kolarov and Zabaleta at full back.

Don't think we have the team mentality to raise ourselves and I see our season drifting away , don't think we will finish 3rd.

Now Augero is out for a while and probably holding himself back for the World Cup if/when he does return I just don't see where the goals are going to come from. Dzeko and the Beast look like shadows of the players they once were.

Hull with Elephant man will be really up for this and I don't see us coping.

do you know anything about gas ovens?
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

I'd play 5 in midfield for this game and all the others this season. We won't, but we should.

Not sure what you mean about pissy attitude. I thought he worked really hard and was one of our best players.

Should be a formality for us against a mid to lower half team and if we don't get a result, basically the end of another cup.

The league cup will do me, some, may expect more.

Really Tough Game .

Scheduling is a nightmare, but no excuses.

Win this and we are seriously back on track.

Tough game, yes, a real chance to get things on track, yes again.

We'll win this, I'm postive.

Thats the spirit lad :-) get behind the team and have some hope and optimism! I like your style! ;-)

My belief remains. We have the team capable of going out there and spanking em good and proper! All teamals hit a rough patch and usually pull through. Lads hopefully will be up for giving their all and pushing hard to get the league!

I hope the team / staff are hugely motivated for this big game. That's a minimum I'd expect to see for the run in cos without that intensity on display I can't see us making up 9 points to catch Kelsea even with games in hand.
If we win against Hull and if Benteke and co can nick something at Villa then the league will have a very different vista which will have us all smiling come Saturday evening.

As echoed on this thread previously; any type of 3 points please and thank you.
