Micah has been excellent for us over the years. The injuries stopped him getting regular football and as we have seen with players like Garcia, they need time on the pitch.
I have said this before, but our squad players have to have special qualities ie: they can come in to the team and perform at the highest level straight away. That's not the case with Richards (and probably most footballers), he needs a run of games to get his match sharpness back.
He also aint Zaba, but then there aren't many in world football who are like him!!!
