Was this not true then? Why claim he has signed when he has nt?

Some rumours suggest he is in dispute re payments from his club & the City part of the deal is done. Maybe that's how it is.

It does seem the octopus is on his way subject to a medical. It will make a huge difference to our midfield to have a classy defensive midfielder. It will liberate Fernandinho to be the complete midfielder he can be.

Aye.

Not watched much of this cunt in full game action, but on the dreaded youtube etc, he seems to be much more suited to mugging people for the ball than Fernandinho or Yaya. Some quite spectacular ball winning stuff on there. Looks like he could play centre back to me.

If it's true then with Fernie and Fernie in midfield maybe we can look forward to Fernandinho doing for us what he did for Brazil in the second half (and I'm not talking about the goal, but that would be nice too)

I knew calling Fernadinho "Fred" for the last year would pay off, and now we know why.

In a roundabout way, the beginning of the end for Toure?

Him and Garcia marshalling at the back giving licence for Fernandinho to attack

It's very hard to replace Yaya, a player with that speed and power when he wants it is really hard to find, even that Pogba fella is not like him.

What made Yaya class is that he was unique, well is.

I hope that Fernando comes as a direct replacement for Rodwell.
