This Weeks Other Games | 13-15 Dec 14

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Obviously didn't see their game but by the sounds of it they're cheating and lucky bastards. Or was the ref just a little lenient?

But Chelsea were far from perfect, with Willian and Costa booked for diving and Gary Cahill lucky not to be sent off. The England defender had already been shown a yellow card for a late challenge in the first half - a tackle on Sone Aluko that Hull manager Steve Bruce thought was deserving of a straight red - and after the break the centre-back went to ground too easily inside the Hull box.

Hull's incensed players surrounded referee Chris Foy, arguing Cahill should have been shown a second yellow for diving, but the Chelsea player escaped punishment and less than 10 minutes later a frustrated Hull were reduced to 10 men.

Getting an helping hand I see, like a few times this season. Will this be highlighted, I'm sure it will by our impartial media.

there was quite a bit of diving in that Chelsea-Hull match. awful stuff.

and AJ had an epic dive today as well that really was despicable.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Watching Juve, spotted a truly outstanding player there who is head & shoulders above the rest on the pitch, in every aspect. Be great for us.

Carlos something....

Whatever the ref would/could have done in this game Chelsea would still have won. It was only against Hull who are appalling don't forget

Very true mate but the fact that Foy could've/should've sent Cahill off takes away the option of Hull getting a chance.

Vidal seems to be getting a fair bit of stick at times.

Nice early yellow for Fellaini. Saying that, he always seems to get away with a red card so can't see him getting anymore, even if he does deserve it.

How many of those has Sterling missed this season & as usual, the rags get the benefit.

How lucky can the rags get? Sterling misses a sitter and Shrek goes up the field & scores. Dippers look bereft of ideas already. A sixth win on trot for rags would be awful. I know they are shit but winning brings confidence and they are almost certanties for the Wenger cup, when in reality they should finish 6th or 7th again and go into financial trouble, as these mega deals on the sponsorship would be lower without champs league.

Jones' face now in the book.

I'm just wondering if Bling Teeth is auditioning for the Barca spot, thinking he doesn't need a CF on the pitch?

Tyler just then saying "as Chelsea and City won yesterday it's important Utd win today so they don't fall further behind in the new year". Neville, unsurprisingly didn't comment. His jaw was probably still on the floor
